You can return any NICOLE BY NF item for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items should be sent in their original condition, brand new with tags, and in their respective packaging. If there is an error with your order or faulty products, please send images to our customer service mailbox (email@example.com) and include your phone number & order number in the body of the email as well. Our customer service department will get in touch with you to provide assistance as soon as possible.
Customers will be responsible for covering the expenses of return shipping.
Stock is limited therefore exchanges are subject to availability.
NICOLE BY NF holds the final right to determine the validity of the return or exchange.
Pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns.

RETURNING IN STORE
Bring merchandise back to our store within 7 days of purchase to process a full refund or exchange.
The original sales invoice must be presented at time of return. If payment was processed using credit card, the same card must be presented upon return.
The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Missing accessories, garment has been washed, missing garment tags
Odors such as but not limited to perfume, smoke, sweat, etc
Makeup and/or lipstick stains, dirt, watermarks, discoloration on fabric
For exchanges (including different color/size/style), please submit a return/refund for your original order and place a new order.
